The current College of Liquidators was appointed on 29/11/2016 and expanded on 28/03/2017. The Board of Statutory Auditors was appointed by the shareholders on 29/11/2016 and renewed on 09/05/2018. All members hold office for 3 years and can be appointed again.. On 25/01/2017 the company appointed an auditor in the person of dr. Crivellaro Antonella.
