Grant of Areas
Zitac grants parcelled out areas by public calls for tenders, drawn up in compliance with the rules and regulations approved by the Municipality of Cittadella.
Besides the necessary documents, the call for tenders indicates the location and the list of the available lots, their surface, building parameters, total price, times and criteria of use, as well as obligations, modes and terms to submit the tender.

The areas will be actually granted according to a list prepared following the specific criteria provided by the call for tenders itself.
In particular, Zitac aims at meeting the needs of "settlement or relocation of productive activities which commit themselves to introducing and developing production systems bringing about a remarkable improvement of the environmental and territorial quality" and of enterprises "with innovative industrial and/or craft production activities and/or research and experimentation laboratories in the production field".
